Optional Managed Services
Monitoring & Rebooting
Controlling a Virtual Private Server is a hard process. You either need to do the job on your own and dedicate your time to regularly monitoring your VPS, or you need to find a third–party solution whose sole duty will be to keep an eye on your server. And this is precisely where our Optional Managed Services offer will help you out. With it, your virtual server will be included in our custom–built monitoring software system, which will monitor all the important services. And in case of any service failure, our system administrators will be warned straight away and they will solve the problem as quickly as possible.
When you run a popular site or a data–intensive web application, it’s essential to have a full backup copy of everything. But, configuring an automated backup system is quite challenging. This is why our company offers you our Optional Managed Services package – we will maintain a complete backup of your Linux VPS web hosting, not just of your web sites and hosted content, but of all the custom modifications that you have added. Our backup scripts are run each week, preserving all the modifications that you’ve made during that period of time.
Installation & Troubleshooting
Having a Linux Virtual Private Server, you will have full freedom to run any script or service on your it. However, a part of the scripts are more difficult to install and may require some additional configuration on your part. This is when our Optional Managed Services package can help you out. It features half an hour of installation & troubleshooting duties – it means that you’ll be able to basically hire one of our qualified server admins for thirty minutes and have him help you with the installation process of any kind of application that you need. Alternatively have him take care of a problem that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.
The Optional Managed Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and it is an optional feature with the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
