A: The website migration service that we are offering is free (to a certain extent). We will move your website(s) to our enterprise–class cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that swapping web hosting providers can lead to lost data and undesirable network downtime. For this reason, we’ll perform all that for you for free!We’ve got knowledgeable administrators whose main task is to make sure that your web site works exactly as it did on your former web hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in transferring custom–made web sites, as well as web sites that are based on famous apps like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: While we cannot give you an exact time frame, because there are lots of factors, among them the size of the files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll do our best to move your web site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (in case the content is not large).

A: We don’t request any information that is sensitive. We’ll require, however, the login information for your present hosting account and the name of the web site that you wish to transfer.

A: Our Privacy Policy is an indivisible part of the agreement that we will have with you as a client. We are dedicated to safeguarding the security of the personal details gathered from the clients. To achieve this, we employ technical security measures to avoid the loss, the abuse, the alteration or the unlawful leak of the personal details under our control. The measures include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and administrative operations to safeguard and secure the info that we gather on the web. When we ask clients to supply financial information (for instance, a debit card number), this info is masked using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technique.

A: Your web site will continue to work just like it did before with your old hosting provider. After we are through with the transfer, your site will be configured to work on our hosting platform and we will ask you to preview it. If it is working correctly, all you will have to do is update the name server resource records pertaining to your domain. Your site will be transferred to us without any downtime.

A: While we move your website content, your hosting provider won’t be aware of the migration at all. We will not touch base with them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–based web hosting platforms. Generally, if we can obtain access to your Control Panel, we will be able to transfer your web site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source site building platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
